Refund policy
Returns:
This section applies to all customers.
We only accept returns, we do not offer exchanges as exchange products may not be available.
We do not under any circumstance accept returns on hijabs for hygiene reasons, therefore a deduction will be made from the original amount for the hijab.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale items or items bought during promotional sales/seasons. All discounted items are final sale.
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order for the following reasons: receiving a faulty product, the wrong order or wanting an exchange for a valid reason.
To be eligible for a return the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the returned product does not meet these standards, we have a right to refuse the return. If you return an item without contacting us prior, the item will be returned back to you.
If your return is accepted, you are responsible for covering the cost of postage for your return. We strongly suggest using a tracked method of postage to ensure the item reaches us safely, we are not liable nor responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and it is within our right to not fulfil the return. In the rare incident where a product has been sent faulty, we will provide a full refund within 7-10 working days upon returning the item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
